At Paws&Play, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made the return process simple and straightforward.
Returns
1. Eligibility: You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
2. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pet toys that have been opened or used.
3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pawsandplaytoys05@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with further instructions.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
5. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
